Easy Fixerz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Easy Fixerz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a service provider (“Artisan”).
• Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the Platform for service requests.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
• You may not create an account using false identity or on behalf of someone else without permission.

3. Services on Easy Fixerz

• The Platform connects Users seeking services with registered Artisans.
• Easy Fixerz does not directly perform any services.
• Artisans are responsible for their listings, service delivery, and conduct.
• Users agree to communicate respectfully and fairly with Artisans.

4. Payments and Transactions

• Payments may be handled directly between Users and Artisans, or through integrated third-party payment processors.
• Easy Fixerz is not responsible for refund disputes unless the transaction was processed through our platform.
• Artisans agree to fulfill services honestly and in accordance with their listed terms.

5. Verification and Quality Control

• We reserve the right to verify the identity, certifications, or credentials of Artisans.
• Easy Fixerz does not guarantee the quality or safety of services.
• Reviews and ratings are submitted by Users and may influence Artisan visibility.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
  • Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) is the property of Easy Fixerz.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Termination

• Easy Fixerz may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their account at any time through account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Easy Fixerz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for service issues, disputes, or damages resulting from interactions between Users and Artisans.

10. Privacy Policy

• Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee full security of data.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Easy Fixerz encourages Users and Artisans to resolve disputes amicably.
• We may assist in mediating disputes but are not obligated to intervene.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
